Paris National Opera (Opéra de Paris) commissioned Vigiglobe in order to monitor in real-time Twitter content around its latest digital event: the launch of its new digital creation platform “la 3ème scène”. Flashback on a month of Twitterers’ reactions.

Social Monitoring was accomplished using our product WIZR™ during the integrality of the operation lauch.

Vigiglobe extracted the following information:

  • volume of tweets / retweets
  • gender split
  • age groups
  • most mentioned #hashtags
  • most mentioned Twitter accounts
  • most shared pictures
